These terms govern your use of the MacTrade iOS app and this public site. Operator: eeeo I/S, CVR 35325808, Tesdorpfsvej 74A, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
MacTrade’s role
MacTrade is a platform/marketplace where users create their own listings and communicate directly. We are not a party to transactions between users, do not process payments, and do not provide escrow, shipping, identity verification, device certification, buyer protection, or warranties unless explicitly introduced later.
Account
You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.
User listings
You are responsible for your listing content, including truthful descriptions, lawful ownership of devices, and non-infringing photos. Prohibited content includes illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or infringing material.
Communication and transactions
Messages are exchanged between users in the app. Price, payment, pickup, and delivery are agreed between the parties outside MacTrade’s responsibility.
Moderation
We may remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms or the law, or for safety. Reporting and blocking are available in the app.
Intellectual property
The MacTrade name, logo, and app design belong to the operator. You retain rights to your listing content but grant us a licence to display it in the app.
Service availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued.
Termination and account deletion
You may delete your account in the app — see account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, eeeo I/S is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or users’ actions, listings, or transactions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Danish or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are subject to Danish law. Disputes may be brought before Danish courts as applicable.
